Vitamin D3 + K2

Vitamin D is essential for immune function and is commonly low in chronic illness. Test your level first.

Typical use: Dose to blood level, commonly 1,000–5,000 IU daily.
Immune Support

Zinc

Essential mineral for immune function and healing. Some patients on disulfiram take higher doses, under supervision, to counter copper build-up and help prevent neuropathy.

Typical use: Typical supplement doses are 15–30 mg/day. Higher doses only with your doctor monitoring copper.
⚠ Long-term high doses cause copper deficiency. Take with food if it upsets your stomach.

Quality matters. Supplements aren't regulated like drugs. Choose brands with third-party testing, and check for interactions with your medications. Doses are general guidance only.
